
Rod Wilson has over 37 years of experience helping clients navigate through the confusion and complexities they face as they plan their financial futures. This experience has taught him many life lessons that he uses to guide his clients in their decision making. With the goal of helping clients avoid BIG MISTAKES and EMOTIONAL RESPONSES to planning are his primary objectives.
He enjoys running, golf, fishing and spending time with his grown children and 7 grandchildren. He and his wife, Valarie have been married 38 years. Rod is involved in the Northern Colorado community by way of supporting several local charities and non-profits.
Educationally, Rod graduated from the University of Northern Colorado School of Business and obtained advanced planning designations (Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter) from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a LPL Registered Representative and LPL Investment Advisor Representative (for fee planning) of LPL Financial, holding Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
